What makes Stamina so special?
A family-owned outdoor program in San Anselmo. Group classes and one-on-one training built to be challenging, efficient, and genuinely worth the early alarm.

WE TRADED THE GYM FOR THE FIELD
WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
We have called San Anselmo home since 2010. In 2020 we moved outdoors out of necessity, then stayed by choice.
No mirrors, no machines lined up in rows, no waiting for a rack. Just small groups on a real field, training for the life you actually live.
We keep groups small, usually 4 to 10 people, so you get real attention and we can cater to your specific needs. We get to know our members, their likes, dislikes, and even their sports teams.

MEET YOUR COACH
Scott Fay
owner & coach
I have been around fitness my whole life. I played soccer for as long as I can remember, and when a career ending injury in college took that away, it pushed me toward understanding how the body actually works. I studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and somewhere in there I realized what I really wanted was to help people in my own community move better and feel stronger.
Every session is a full body workout with real variety, the kind that keeps your body guessing and ready for anything, whether that is skiing, tennis, cycling, or just keeping up with everyday life. I train your whole body in every direction, not only up and down, because that is how you actually live.
My approach comes down to two words: effectiveness and sustainability. I want the work you do here to show up in your life and to keep working for years, not weeks. I learn your name, your sport, the things you love and the things you would rather skip. Come as you are, put in the work, and I think you will surprise yourself.

Why Stamina?
Our four non-negotiables
Coaching, not supervising
Scott leads every session himself, not from a clipboard. He learns your name, watches your form, and adjusts the work to the person in front of him.
Built to beat the decades
We program for longevity, not burnout. Strength that carries groceries at 75, mobility that keeps you on the trail, and progress that compounds year over year.
CHECK THE EGO AT THE GATE
Nobody here performs for anyone. Beginners train beside seasoned athletes, you scale to where you are today, and the only person you race is yesterday's you.
A CREW THAT HAS YOUR BACK
The same faces, week after week. People notice when you miss, push you when you are flat, and celebrate the wins nobody outside our field would understand.

We COULD BE just WHAT YOU NEED.
If you've been looking for the right place to train, this is it.
